Ignition in Australia
Rob Edmonds got his first guitar lesson from his father at 4 years old. His guitar was made out of empty milk cartons and rubber bands. The gear got better, the picking got cleaner, and Rob kicked off a lifetime playing in bands, singing and writing songs
Coming to America
Rob spent ages kicking around the Australian bar scene in cover bands, and two years at Blue Note college before relocating to America to chase his dreams of writing and performing original music. Here in Las Vegas he met Grammy-winning songwriter and producer Tommy Marolda (Imagine Dragons, Bon Jovi) who became his vocal coach and songwriting partner.
Rob’s music bridges two cultures in a thoroughly global style of music. It’s equally at home in the Outback as it is in the Mojave. But it’s most at home when it’s paired with a cold pint.
